HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FULFILL AN ORDER
Our baking days are Monday-Wednesday. Your order is generally going to be fulfilled the next baking day after the day you placed your order. We allow exceptions for larger orders, please use the Contact page if you need to place larger order that needs to be fulfilled on specific date.
HOW FAST IS YOUR SHIPPING ?
We offer 1-3 shipping(USPS,UPS). We also offer overnight shipping for extra charge.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY?
Due to the perishable nature of our goods , we don't accept returns in general. If your order arrived damaged, please contact us through our contact form on the page and we will try our best to help you.
If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately through the contact form on the page. Any order that is already being fulfilled cannot be canceled and will be finished and shipped.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL LOCATION?
